Discourage and manage antisocial behavior and vandalism, enforcing a zero-tolerance policy towards security breaches and criminal activities.
Create a sense of security at Dubai Metro and Tram premises, including stations, trains, and depots.
Ensure a strong partnership with security and emergency services to prevent incidents and respond effectively and efficiently to emergencies.
Keolis MHI conducts periodic security assessments at stations, trains and related infrastructures to identify key security hazards and risks. Recommendations for mitigating these risks are being liaised with Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for effective management.
All Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram employees receive comprehensive training to maintain the security standards, remain observant, report suspicious behaviour/ activities, and address non-compliance effectively. We cultivate a strong security culture within the organization to deter, delay, prevent, and detect unauthorized access cases or security incidents and mitigate their impact.

Protective security measures for employees, customers, and others traveling using Dubai Metro and Tram systems, as well as those working at or visiting Keolis MHI controlled environments.
Protective security measures for RTA assets, including rolling stock, infrastructure, lines, operations, and administration.
Protective security measures for other property owned by the RTA or under the control of Keolis MHI, including the property of passengers, employees, and others at Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram sites.
This Physical Security Policy undergoes an annual review as part of the management review process to ensure its continued relevance and adequacy. Updates are made promptly to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or industry best practices.
